Claudette Jean is committed to customer satisfaction. Each validated / eligible return request shall be given a full refund within 30 days.

• The items to be exchanged or returned must be shipped back to us within 30 business days upon receipt of items, at customers’ expense. The items must have original tags attached, must be unused, and must be sent along with the official receipt/invoice from purchase.
• Return items must be shipped prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped to prevent damage. Claudette Jean will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
• Refunds can be made within 30 days upon receipt of the returned shipment. If the customer is exchanging an item, we will ship the new item(s) if they are in stock; otherwise, we will send a refund.
• If the items are damaged, defective, or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 7 business days of the original date of receipt.
• In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure that returns are handled quickly and fairly. Customers are welcome to request a return on applicable items within 45 days of original date of receipt.
