I understand that things happen to make us run late. I will do my best to fit in your entire appointment if it does not cause me to run late for the next client. However, if I must shorten the appointment, you will still be charged the total amount for the service(s) booked. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. I want you to relax and not feel stressed or rushed.

I ask for your cooperation and respect in honoring my 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. This allows time for me to fill the spot you reserved.
For any appointment cancelled under 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
If you are tendering a gift certificate and cancel without a 24-hour notice, $50 will be deducted from the gift certificate.
If you decide to not show up for your appointment, please call and let me know that you are ok… because when a anyone does not show up for their skin care appointment, I assume something bad has happened. I know how serious you are about looking and feeling beautiful! Please do not be a no show … it is not polite, and it shows lack of respect for someone else’s time.
No show appointments will be charged for the full price of service booked.
